Manchester City and Chelsea have agreed a fee of £45 million plus £10 million in add-ons for the transfer of Raheem Sterling, according to an emerging report.
The England international has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge all summer, with talks between the two clubs over a fee progressing week-on-week.
Despite making 30 Premier League appearances this season, Sterling wanted guarantees of regular gametime before committing to another long-term deal.

After conversations with Pep Guardiola, the England international quickly recognised he was never going to get them promises at City and has been allowed to speak to other clubs.
There was interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona - who have both been long-term admirers of Sterling - but Chelsea were quickly established as the frontrunners.
Thomas Tuchel has had to make some major changes in West London following the change of ownership and has been linked with various City players in the process.

Aside from Sterling, Nathan Aké and Oleksandr Zinchenko have both been linked with a switch to the former Champions League winners, but nothing has progressed in their situations as it stands.
Concerning the 27-year-old, however, according to Bobby Vincent from Football LDN, Chelsea have finally met City's valuation of the player and a transfer is set to progress even further.
The reported fee would be slightly less than what City paid to prize Sterling from Liverpool in 2015.
But, with only 12 months left on his contract and the player wanting to leave, the Blues will be relatively happy with the fee they will receive.

Since swapping Merseyside for Manchester, the star winger has contributed to four Premier League titles and scored 131 goals.
A tally that confirms his place in City's top 10 goal scorers of all-time and the Premier League 100-club.
He is also a regular in the England set-up, with his three goals proving crucial in his countries run to their first major tournament final since 1966.

Sterling would closely follow Gabriel Jesus out the door, who is on the verge of joining Arsenal.
It would be another saga to the major squad shake-up by Guardiola this summer, as he supplements his title winning squad with exciting young talent.
City have already acquired the signings of Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez, while Kalvin Phillips also underwent his medical in Manchester earlier today.
Stefan Ortega was also announced as a City player this morning, with Zack Steffen expected to join Middlesbrough on loan for the season.

While the Blues would have liked to keep Sterling, this all-in-all does feel like the right move for all parties after some incredible success together.
