Manchester City are close to finalising a season-long loan deal for rising academy star Kayky.
The 19 year-old Brazilian forward made the switch from South America in January.
Such was the high-regard in which the talented teenager was held by several clubs across Europe that the Premier League champions paid an initial €10 million to Fluminense for his services.

An additional €15 million was also negotiated into the deal, coming in the form of career-based add-ons and variables.
Since making the move to England, Kayky has had to bide his time and stay focused on development largely in the clubs academy system.
Working with the club's younger age group has also been paired with training alongside Pep Guardiola's senior first-team squad.
However, action on the pitch has not been entirely out of the question.

Kayky made his full Manchester City debut in a 4-1 win over Swindon Town in the FA Cup third round in January, before making his Premier League debut in a 4-0 win over Norwich City a month later.
Despite only being eight months into his career at the Etihad Stadium, City officials are now close to finalising a senior loan spell away from the club for the 2022/23 season.
According to the information of UOL's Bruno Andrade, Manchester City are finalising the last details of an agreement for Kayky to head on loan to Paços de Ferreira in Portugal.

Negotiations between the relevant parties are described as being 'well advanced', with the teenager heading to the Primeira Liga side until June 2023.
It is reported that the season-long loan deal will not include an option to buy for the Portuguese outfit.
Interestingly, it is further claimed that Kayky had other offers from Portugal, but now hopes to return to Manchester City next summer as a potential first-team option for Pep Guardiola and his staff - with the former having 'endorsed' the move to Paços de Ferreira this summer.

Kayky will become one of several young stars to head away from the City Football Academy this summer - either on permanent deals or temporary moves.
Most recently, James McAtee - who is regarded by many as being the brightest prospect in City's system - completed a season-long loan move to Championship side Sheffield United.
Striking talent Liam Delap is also being linked with serious interest from Stoke City.
Elsewhere however, Romeo Lavia and Gavin Bazunu both completed permanent moves to Premier League side Southampton, with the two deals included buy-back clauses in favour of Manchester City.
