Erling Haaland has already started work on trying to bring Jude Bellingham to Manchester City next summer, a new report has revealed.
The Norway and England duo were known to be close friends during their time together at Borussia Dortmund.
However, with their performances unsurprisingly going unnoticed across Europe and their services being increasingly in-demand at some of the continents biggest clubs, their time in Germany always had a deadline on it.

For Erling Haaland, his time at Borussia Dortmund came to an end in the summer.
The 22 year-old striker chose to join Manchester City - who beat the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and FC Barcelona to his signature, in what was possibly the summer's main transfer headline.
Haaland has got off to a flying start since joining Pep Guardiola's side, scoring 14 goals in his opening 10 games, plus providing an assist in the process.
But while his work on the pitch is obviously a priority, the Norway international has been keen to do some work off the pitch too.

That concerns transfers, and specifically aiding Manchester City and their hopes of signing Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham next summer.
Etihad officials are known to be in the market for a new big-name central midfielder, with Bernardo Silva's future still a concern, plus the likes of Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne not getting any younger.
Jude Bellingham is a target, and Erling Haaland knows that.
According to the information of CBS' Ben Jacobs, Erling Haaland has already told Jude Bellingham to join Manchester City next summer, ahead of a long line of interested suitors.

However, it is highlighted that Real Madrid are 'confident' in signing the midfielder, despite Borussia Dortmund intent on offering the player a new deal after the World Cup.
From the viewpoint of the Madrid side, it is reported that they believe they can sign Bellingham for under £100 million without an extension to his contract.
Nevertheless, it is stressed that the 19 year-old has not 'picked' Real Madrid just yet, and is keeping his options open.
In England, Liverpool are also said to be interested in the player alongside Manchester City, while Chelsea are also claimed to be monitoring his situation.

For Manchester City, they will also continue their work behind the scenes on retaining their current crop of midfielders, alongside pursuit of new faces.
Phil Foden is expected to sign a new deal in the coming weeks, while there is also an intent on securing the longer term future of Ilkay Gundogan.
