Chelsea have agreed to sign Raheem Sterling from Manchester City for a deal worth £47.5 million, according to a new report.
The west London club have been heavily linked with a swoop for Sterling, who has expressed a desire to leave the Etihad Stadium for regular first-team football.

After agreeing personal terms with Chelsea, Sterling was believed to be edging closer to parting ways with the Premier League champions, who have signed Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez ahead of the new season.
According to a new report by David Ornstein of The Athletic, Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign Raheem Sterling from Manchester City for a fixed amount of £47.5 million, with no further add-ons.

It is understood Chelsea are working through logistics to organise a medical for Sterling in London, with the forward set to join the Blues on their pre-season tour to the United States if all goes to plan.
Sterling will follow Gabriel Jesus through the exit door after the latter joined Arsenal for £45 million earlier this week.
