Chelsea are interested in signing both Raheem Sterling and Nathan Ake from Manchester City this summer, according to a new report.
The Blues are looking to bolster their squad to bridge the gap to Liverpool and Manchester City following the recent takeover the club by the consortium led by Todd Boehly.
Thomas Tuchel is understood to have been handed a £200 million budget to bolster his squad and make up to six signings across the pitch.

Raheem Sterling is believed to have expressed his desire to leave Manchester City for regular minutes, with Pep Guardiola unable to provide the forward with assurances over game time.
The Premier League champions have invested heavily in their attacking roles in recent months.
Back in January, City completed a deal for Argentine sensation and River Plate front man Julian Alvarez.

The 22 year-old is set to finalise his move from South America to Europe next month, after spending the remainder of the last campaign on loan with his former club.
In addition, Manchester City secured their priority target in the forward positions last month.
Erling Haaland will join his new teammates when the rest of the squad reunite next month, after completing an initial £51 million move from Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund.
However, this has subsequently clouded Raheem Sterling's mind with doubt as to whether he would be able to secure the necessary game time to fulfil his potential in the peak years of his professional career.

As such, the 27-year-old is believed to have held positive talks with Tuchel over where he would fit in to the German's starting XI at Stamford Bridge, with personal terms set to be discussed this week.
Sources at City, Chelsea and close to Sterling's camp have indicated a sense of confidence that the deal will go through as the west Londoners plot an improved offer for the winger this week.
However, according to a new report by Matt Law of The Telegraph, Chelsea are plotting a double swoop for Raheem Sterling and Nathan Ake as part of a major rebuild at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly enquired about Manchester City's valuations of the aforementioned pair on Monday as the Blues plot moves for Sterling and Ake.
Whilst a move for Sterling is at a way more advanced stage, there is belief Ake is open to returning to Chelsea, where he would play regularly after being a back-up to Ruben Dias, John Stones and Aymeric Laporte at the Etihad Stadium since 2020.
Despite interest from London, a deal for the Netherlands international remains far from an advanced stage or completion.
Manchester City would likely have no interest in selling a player they so heavily invested in, and replacements are few and far between on the market at present.

With that being said however, the club did hand rising academy centre-back prospect Luke Mbete an extended deal last week - suggesting that the player is at the forefront of succession planning.
