Jake Paul has claimed he suffered an injury in the days leading up to his fight against Mike Tyson.
On Friday night, YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul entered the ring to take on former heavyweight world champion Tyson in a special Netflix boxing event.
After eight rounds of action, Paul came away victorious after being announced as the winner via a unanimous decision, with the judges scoring the fight 80-72, 79-73 and 79-73 in favour of the 27-year-old.
Fans were left underwhelmed by the much-hyped fight, with some picking out the exact moment they figured the whole bout was 'rigged'.

Speaking after the bout, Paul revealed he suffered an ankle injury just two weeks before the fight with Tyson.
As reported by the Daily Mail, he said: "Two weeks ago I sprained my ankle, completely tore the ligament, anterior ligament and like snapped the other side of my foot.
"[I] Was on crutches for four or five days and it just hindered the end of my training camp. I don't know how it didn't get leaked or anything. I missed about two weeks of sparring and that's why my cardio didn't really feel so good tonight."

Speaking about his future, Paul said: "I've been in this sport for four years, I've been so active. If people want to see more then give me a couple more months. I'm going to accomplish more.
"It can happen in the next 24 months, I believe I can become a world champion within six years of learning how to throw a f***ing jab. It'll be the greatest sports story ever. The cruiserweight division is pretty open."
Meanwhile, Tyson said: "I am happy, yes. I came to fight. I didn't prove anything to anyone but myself. I am just happy with what I could do. I had a knee injury but no excuses."
