Boxing promoter Frank Warren has said that he will launch legal action against Chris Eubank Jr over comments made in a press conference.
Eubank Jr at a promotional press conference ahead of his upcoming fight against Kamil Szeremeta, which takes place on October 12 in Saudi Arabia.
The 35-year-old hasn't stepped into the ring for a year, and he worked with new promotional partner Boxxer to secure his latest fight.

But both Warren and Eddie Hearn - who worked with Eubank Jr earlier in his career - were critical of the former IBO super-middleweight champion's decision.
Warren, in particular, criticised Eubank Jr for not choosing a fighter out of his own stable to face off against, such as Hamzah Sheeraz.
And Eubank Jr took aim at the Queensberry Promotions founder in his pre-fight press conference by making a series of explosive allegations against the 72-year-old.

Warren didn't take kindly to those remarks, and has declared to talkSPORT that he is going to launch legal action.
He said: "He was sued by me for a legal breach of contract. I was successful in suing him and he paid substantial damages.
"What he can't accept is what's legal and what's not.
"Regarding what he's just said, I'm gonna keep it short and sweet - he's gonna get sued again for the comments that he made publicly.
"I'm telling you straight how it is. He will be sued, and he will have a problem over that. And anyone else who says it, they can get in that queue with him.

"That will be dealt with and it will be dealt with legally. I'm very, very sure what the outcome of it will be.
"He needs to back up now what he says, or he's got a problem. He'll be hearing from me, don't worry about that."
Commenting on why fights against Sheeraz and Denzel Bentley - who are both involved with Warren - didn't happen, Eubank Jr's representatives told talkSPORT: "In relation to those fights, we have never spoken about a Bentley fight and no offer has ever been made.
"Even if there was an offer, it would not make sense as he lost to Nathan Healey and Felix Cash.

"As for Sheeraz, we sat down with them and Hamza's family and explained clearly that Chris was only in talks with Terence Crawford.
"Team Warren was told it could only be made if it was for a full title. But at the end of the day they decided to upgrade the interim champion at the time instead."
