Rapper Drake has placed an enormous bet on Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk’s heavyweight fight.
The undefeated Fury and Usyk go toe-to-toe in a historic heavyweight fight in Riyadh, with the winner set to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion in the four-belt era.
And as is tradition, Drake, who has recently been in the headlines for an inflammatory rap war with Kendrick Lamar, has placed an enormous bet on Saturday night’s bout.

There is a popular belief on the internet that the athletes Drake puts his money on tend to lose, with the rapper having in the past incorrectly backed Francis Ngannou to beat Anthony Joshua, Sean Strickland to dispatch Dricus du Plessis and Israel Adesanya to win against Strickland.
However, ‘Drake Curse’ appeared to have been lifted at UFC 300, when the God’s Plan star put some $675,000 (£541,860) on Alex Pereira to get the better of Jamahal Hill. He successfully claimed his winnings of $1,194,750 (£943,385.)
Ahead of Fury vs Usyk, Drake put $565,000 on the Briton to beat his Ukrainian counterpart, with the musician set to win some $1,000,050 (£789,648) if it comes through.

And several fans on social media joked that Drake may have subjected Fury to his infamous ‘curse’.
Writing on X, one person said: “GREAT NEWS FOR USYK‼️ Drake just bet on Tyson Fury to win.”
A second said: “Usyk might win now.”

A third added: “This is where we find out if Fury’s really a generational talent, only they can survive the Drake curse.”
However several others noted that Drake's Curse no longer existed after UFC 300.
One said: “Yeah but the curse was broken when he won last time out. Alex Peirera knocked out Jamal Hill. BET THE HOUSE ON TYSON FURY.”
A second added: “Drake curse is not a thing anymore.”
