Legendary sprinter Usain Bolt won a total of eight Olympic gold medals during his time on the track and once took on racing a bus with an extraordinary result.
The Jamaican was triumphant across three consecutive Olympic Games to cement his legacy as the GOAT sprinter.
The now 38-year-old stood on the top step of the rostrum at Beijing 2008 after claiming gold in both the 100m and 200m events.

Bolt competed at London 2012 to win gold in both events once again, as well as being part of the victorious 4x100m Jamaican relay team to take his tally to five medals in just two games.
And Bolt achieved another clean sweep in the same three events four years later at Rio 2016 to take his tally to an extraordinary eight Olympic golds.
The sprinter ended up retiring just a year later in 2017 with his last race at the World Athletics Championship ending in injury after he suffered a hamstring problem during the 4x100m relay final.

Bolt holds the world record in both the 100m and 200m events, as well as in the 4x100m relay, and it remains a tall order for any man to beat those records any time soon with his individual times having stood for at least 15 years and counting.

Back in 2013, Bolt was busy preparing for what would be his final Olympics in Rio, and had set his sights on achieving further gold medal success to build even further upon his legacy.
At the time, he said: "One of my main goals is to go to the Rio Olympics, as I was saying, to do it again. To defend my titles and it's never been done three times.

"So for me, that's me trying to set the bar as high as possible. To just push the barrier.
"So that's my main goal but throughout the seasons I always set different goals for myself until I get to Rio."

The preparation certainly paid dividends for Bolt three years later in Rio as he defended his titles yet again - and some of that work was unique and extraordinary.
Bolt took to the streets of the Argentine capital city of Buenos Aires to take on a bus and see which would reach the finishing line first.
The bus had several people on it and Bolt - after limbering up his body - ended up winning with ease, not so much with a sprint but a brisk jog by his standards.
