3D simulation shows what race between the three fastest humans of all time including Usain Bolt would look

The three fastest humans on the planet have been pitted against each other

Olympic superstar Bolt currently holds the world record for the fastest 100m which he set back in 2009.

Bolt won Olympic gold in the 100m event in Beijing, London and Rio de Janeiro with United States star Noah Lyles winning the gold medal in Paris with a time of 9.79.

That time might have put Lyles on the top of the podium last summer but two other athletes have clocked faster 100m times meaning they join Bolt to make up the top three fastest humans.

Tyson Gay currently holds the US record for the 100m with a time of 9.69. Bolt’s teammate and the second fastest man in Jamaican history, Yohan Blake, clocked the same time as Gay but how would they fare against the legendary Bolt?

A 3D simulation has pitted all three men against each other and it shows Bolt pulling away as they approach the finish line with Gay and Blake finishing neck and neck.

The simulation also shows what the race would look like in a hypothetical scenario where the wind would not impact the sprinters in any way.

Despite adding some time onto their record, Bolt still clears the competition but interestingly Blake opens up a small gap to Gay to take second.

Lyles however does return for the 200m simulation where he recorded a faster time than Gay.

Although he starts impressively, he is eventually overtaken by Blake who finishes second with Bolt again reigning supreme.

Prior to the Paris Olympics, Bolt heaped praise on Lyles and other sprinters who compete both in the 100m and 200m events and believed his world record could eventually be broken.

He told Citius Mag: “I think the guys are really doing well. It’s really intense, I must say. It’s not going to be easy. I feel like Noah feels like it’s easy running both events. It was never easy.

I’ve said it and I’ve always said that it’s not easy running back-to-back events and then going out to break the world record because your body runs out of energy. I think the possibility is there because he came close at the (2022) World Championships. I think if he corrects a few things, I won’t say, he could get better. The possibility is there.”
