Those in charge at Arsenal believe they can complete a quick deal for Youri Tielemans at the end of the international break, according to a report.
With the transfer window now open, Arsenal are seemingly yet to make a serious move for any of their key transfer targets, but it may not be long yet.
Belgian outlet HLN (via Sport Witness) report that Arsenal have been in contact with Tielemans' entourage for more than a month.

Those in the Arsenal hierarchy reportedly believe they can complete a deal for the Leicester City midfielder fairly quickly once the international break is over.
The 25-year-old has been impressing on international duty with Belgium, providing an assist in their 6-1 thrashing over Poland last week before scoring their only goal in a 1-1 draw with Wales.
After Belgium's rematch away to Poland on Tuesday, Tielemans will be free to negotiate a potential transfer to Arsenal.

The Gunners are on the hunt for midfield reinforcements after last season, where long-term injuries to Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey often left them short in the middle.
It's particularly important to bolster the squad now, given the return of Europa League football.
Tielemans has had a very busy season, playing 50 times for Leicester on top of his international appearances. He certainly needs a holiday, but his regular gametime is a positive sign as a potential solution to Arsenal's availability issues.
The midfielder scored six goals and assisted four in the Premier League in 2021/22, which would also provide a boost versus Arsenal's current low-scoring midfield options.

Partey, Xhaka, Mohamed Elneny, and Albert Sambi Lokonga only managed six goal contributions between them last campaign, so the addition of Tielemans should add something in forward areas.
