According David Ornstein, Arsenal are in talks to sign Manchester City defender Oleksandr Zinchenko.
Ornstein reports that the clubs are in contact and it is believed City are open to letting the player leave should their value be met.
While this hasn't happened yet, the clubs remain in contact.

Arsenal missed out on Lisandro Martinez to Manchester United but now look to be prioritising Zinchenko.
Personal terms also need to be agreed with the player.
Mikel Arteta worked with Zinchenko during his time in Manchester, and the two have maintained a strong relationship.
The 25-year-old is extremely versatile, usually operating as a left-back for club, but central-midfielder for his country, Ukraine.

Zinchenko is a left-footed player, and could cover both positions for Arsenal.
The player has two years left on his deal with City, and it is unclear how much the defender is valued at.
Arsenal already have dealt with City this summer, bringing in striker Gabriel Jesus for £45m.

That negotiation was ongoing for a long time and Arsenal will be hoping a deal for Zinchenko will be quicker.
It is possible any deal may be halted until City has a replacement signed.
Pep Guardiola has targeted Brighton full-back Marc Cucurella but a deal is not thought to be close at the moment.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal also have Anderlecht full-back Sergio Gomez on their list.
Advert
The Spaniard enjoyed a great season and was named Anderlecht's player of the season.
Gomez registered 16 direct goal involvements and is a strong attacking left-back.
Arsenal's transfer window is far from over, with signings still needed in key positions.
Advert
Zinchenko would be a tremendous signing, adding quality and depth to Arsenal's squad.
As Mikel Arteta looks to push towards the Champions League, adding an experienced Premier League winner would not do his hopes any harm.
