It is yet to be seen how the winger responds to the offer.

A new deal would stave off interest from Man City, who have made the winger their 'top target' to replace Raheem Sterling.
Saka enjoyed a brilliant season for Arsenal, scoring 11 goals and getting seven assists in the Premier League campaign.
He led a young Gunners side for a large part of the season, just missing out on the top four.
Saka has also become an England regular, making 18 appearances for them so far, despite being just 20 years of age.

It is well known that Saka loves the club so Mikel Arteta will hope a new deal will just be a matter of when, not if.
Understandably, the winger has high ambitions and fans will be hoping Arsenal's business this summer can match those.
Arsenal have already made five signings in the window, signing Marquinhos, Matt Turner, Fabio Vieira, Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko.

They are also widely acknowledged to still be in the market for a winger, who can compete with Saka, and a central midfielder.
Mikel Arteta is looking to lead his young side towards the top four and Europa League glory next season, and it is vitally important Saka is in the plans.
