According to Simon Collings of the Evening Standard, Arsenal are in talks with Jack Wilshere as they search for new coaches for their U23 and U18 youth sides.
Arsenal recently lost both of their U23s and U18s head coaches, as Kevin Betsy was appointed by League Two side Crawley Town.
After just one season as Arsenal U23 boss, Betsy was appointed head coach by Crawley and took U18s coach Dan Micciche as his assistant.

This leaves Academy Manager, Per Mertesacker, with a job on his hands.
With the new season not far away, it is imperative coaches are found for both teams.
Collings reports that Wilshere recently spoke to Mertesacker about the vacant roles.
However, the club are also considering a number of internal candidates who are held in high regard.

Speaking recently, Wilshere spoke about that experience:
"When I went back to Arsenal I was coaching every day with the under-18s and 23s, I loved every minute of it. I really enjoyed being back on the pitch and coaching."
