Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana has provided a transfer hint after walking down the tunnel after his side’s draw to Brentford amid interest from Chelsea.
Thomas Tuchel’s side are in the market for another central defender after losing both Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen in the summer.
While Kalidou Koulibaly joined the club and Cesar Azpilicueta renewed his deal, Tuchel is still keen to bring in another defensive player.

Speaking after Chelsea’s 1-0 victory against Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday, the German admitted: "I think if we can add to the squad we add.
“Midfielders maybe not the first option but we can use new legs and fresh input to bring us to a new level. If not, we will push.
“We could use some input and more quality. We are on it."

It was reported that Chelsea are ‘obsessed’ with signing Fofana as a defender, with bids of £60 million and £70 million already rejected this summer.
Brendan Rodgers previously admitted that these were rejected, as he said: “There's been an offer to the club, but nowhere near the valuation of our ownership. We didn't even think about it.”
However, Fofana has now offered Chelsea a transfer hint after Leicester’s disappointing collapse against Brentford in the Premier League on Sunday.

As reported by Jack Johnson, Fofana walked straight down the tunnel full-time.
It remains to be seen as to whether Chelsea can agree a fee for the Frenchman, with it believed that the club are willing to bid up to £85 million for their primary target this summer.
Leicester’s draw to Brentford could be Fofana’s last for the Foxes as Chelsea are expected to up the pressure on Leicester to sell the defender ahead of the Blues’ match against Tottenham next week.

Fofana recently spoke on his ambitions for the future, stating: “I want to not only win trophies but try to be the best defender in my position in the world.”
He is more likely to do this at Chelsea than Leicester, with the Blues lifting the UEFA Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup under Tuchel.
The German improved his defence at Chelsea during his time at the club and Fofana will be hoping that if a transfer to the Blues materialises, he will become one of the top defenders in world football.
Chelsea are expected to submit a new bid over the coming week, if reports are to be believed.
