Chelsea came out 2-1 victors against Udinese in their final match of pre-season thanks to goals from N'Golo Kante, Raheem Sterling and Mason Mount.
Kante opened the scoring for Chelsea, with a fine on his weaker foot from the outside of the box before Sterling netted his fist in blue, with a fortunate finish.
Udinese halved the deficit before half time, with a finish from former Everton forward Gerard Deulofeu.

In the dying moments of the game, Mason Mount scored from close range following great work from substitute Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Chelsea felt that they should have had a penalty within the first four minutes after Kai Havertz knicked the ball away from a defender in the box before tripping over his leg, but the referee ruled the challenge to be a fair one.
Just a minute later, Raheem Sterling nearly scored his first goal in blue. Mason Mount did brilliantly to pick out the winger in the box, who flicked the ball away from the defender before seeing his shot saved.

Chelsea were ahead in the 20th minute through Kante as the Frenchman was driving forward with the ball on the left hand-side
before unleashing a low driven left-footed shot, which beat the goalkeeper and found its way into the bottom right corner of the net.
The Blues should have made it two just three minutes later, with Sterling breaking down the centre before finding Mount, whose shot inside the box was denied by the goalkeeper.

With 10 minutes to go until the end of the first half, Sterling scored his first goal for the Blues in bizarre fashion. Running in on goal following a Jorginho pass, Sterling dummied before attempting to chip the goalkeeper. The Italian saved the initial shot but it bounced off Chelsea's new signing to make it 2-0.
Udinese pulled one back on the 42nd minute through Deulofeu. Roberto Pereyra's initial shot was saved by Edouard Mendy, with Deulofeu's follow-up beating Mendy, who was unlucky not to save the second effort.

Kante started the second half in the same way he played the first, dancing past three Udinese players on the edge of the box before curling a shot, which was saved behind for a corner.
Sterling nearly added his second of the match on the 55th minute as Mount fed Havertz on the left side of the box. With the goal at his mercy, the German pulled back to Sterling, whose attempted backheel was blocked.
Isaac Success should have equalised on the hour mark, breaking down the left before shanking a left-footed shot wide of the Chelsea goal.
Chelsea struck the woodwork a moment later, with Sterling's outside the box deflecting onto the left post of Udinese.
There were several changes, with Hudson-Odoi making the biggest difference. Playing at right wing-back, he tested the goalkeeper with a fierce shot but could not find the back of the net.
The Blues were dominant in possession and looked much more comfortable in the second period and added a third in the first minute of additional time.
Hudson-Odoi took on his man out wide before finding Mount with a low cross, allowing the midfielder to convert with ease.
