Trevoh Chalobah could leave Chelsea in the January transfer window if his lack of game time persists, according to reports.
The 23-year-old was linked with a move away from the Blues during the summer transfer window, but he has remained at Stamford Bridge for the season.
He has only made one appearance for Chelsea during the current campaign, starting and playing the full 90 minutes in the 2-1 win against Leicester City.

Chalobah made a name for himself during pre-season last summer, and was handed his senior debut for the club by Thomas Tuchel in the Super Cup final against Villarreal.
The centre-back went on to make 30 appearances in total across all competitions last season, scoring four goals and assisting one.
Despite him not being one of the first names on the team sheet, the defender is the holder of an impressive statistic thanks to his efforts for the side.
Since he broke into the first team, Chelsea have not lost a Premier League game when he has been named in the starting lineup.

Despite this, he only has 90 minutes of action to his name this season, and could therefore seek a departure in January if his situation does not improve.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he wants to play more minutes for Chelsea but could opt for an exit if nothing is to change.
Speaking via his YouTube channel, the journalist said that Chalobah wanted a loan move during the summer in order to become a regular starter.
However, the Blues decided to keep him at the club, despite the interest from the likes of Inter Milan, AC Milan and RB Leipzig.

It is thought that there are ‘already some conversations around with clubs still interested in Chalobah’, and therefore he could leave in the January transfer window.
However, it remains to be seen whether any deal would be permanent or just a loan.
One of Chelsea’s priorities in the summer transfer window was to strengthen the centre-back positions following the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.

Kalidou Koulibaly and Wesley Fofana were both signed by the club, with their new left-wing back Marc Cucurella also possessing the ability to play in a back three.
As a result, Chalobah has only featured once all season, despite the Blues playing eight games in total across all competitions.
He was named on the bench for their Champions League draw against FC Salzburg last week, which was Graham Potter’s first match as their new head coach.
Chalobah will now have a fresh chance to prove himself to the boss but should he continue to struggle for game time, then he could well leave the club in the new year.
