Real Madrid have made an enquiry regarding the availability of Chelsea striker Armando Broja, according to reports.
The 20-year-old’s future at Stamford Bridge remains in doubt, with Broja yet to appear in pre-season for Thomas Tuchel’s side.
The Albania international spent last season on loan at Southampton, bagging six Premier League goals in his first spell in the English top-flight.

This has led to much interest from across Europe and the Premier League, with West Ham United the most notable.
The Irons were left frustrated by Chelsea’s unwillingness to negotiate a deal for the forward and instead opted to sign former Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca.
Therefore, a deal for Broja to sign for the Hammers looks unlikely this summer, but interest remains high in the youngster.

As reported by Nizaar Kinsell of The Evening Standard, Real Madrid have now enquired about the availability of the Chelsea forward.
The report states that while the La Liga side are looking to offload a number of their forward options, with Luka Jovic already off the books, they wish to bring in a number of young strikers.
Broja’s name is on the list of targets in Spain after impressing on loan at the Saints last season.
However, the report continues to reveal that Chelsea are preparing for Broja to be part of Tuchel’s squad for the upcoming season despite initially considering bids for the forward.

With Romelu Lukaku departing for Inter Milan on loan, there is a space in Chelsea’s attack and Kai Havertz remains the only natural central forward for Tuchel ahead of the new season.
Broja will likely feature for the Blues when they face Udinese in the final pre-season match ahead of the Premier League campaign.
The striker will be hoping to impress and earn his place in Tuchel’s squad for the new season.

Everton and Newcastle United are also said to remain interested in Broja as they look to add reinforcements in attack, while Real Madrid are still keen on the signings.
It remains to be seen as to whether the Albania international will remain a Chelsea player come the end of the transfer window.
Chelsea are said to be keen to bring in at least four new additions to the squad before the end of the transfer window, with Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly having already arrived this summer.
If a forward arrives, Broja’s situation could change entirely and the Blues could consider bids once more for their striker.
