Chelsea are said to be frustrating West Ham United due to their unwillingness to negotiate in talks with Armando Broja this summer, according to reports.
The 20-year-old joined up with his Chelsea teammate on pre-season in the United States before sustaining an injury and being sent back to Cobham to receive treatment.
It was thought that the striker could be granted a permanent transfer this summer after an impressive debut season in the Premier League, netting six goals for Southampton.

However, recent reports have stated that Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is fighting to keep the Albanian at Stamford Bridge.
Tuchel has opened up on Broja’s future and admitted that Chelsea have received several offers for the player.
“Armando was injured and I don't expect Armando to leave. We are aware of offers and interest, it just tells us that he has a lot of potential,” he said previously.

"We will make a decision together, the owners and me, and also in the end with the player.
"Right now, from when he arrived, it was clear that he tried to impress and become a Chelsea player as soon as possible.
“After his loan in Southampton, the situation was very clear that he wanted to make the next step and show his improvement and make an impression in pre-season.
"Unfortunately, he injured himself. There's a lot of noise because there are a lot of offers and interest in him. So let's see how this goes.

"But I am pretty calm about it. We know the situation. He has a contract and from there we go.”
Now, as reported by West Ham insider ExWHUEmployee, Chelsea are not prepared to cooperate regarding the a sale of Broja at the moment.
He continues to state that things can change quickly but West Ham are currently frustrated by the Blues’ stance and the Irons could look for striking reinforcements elsewhere.
Gianluca Scamacca of Sassuolo has been liked with a move to east London, as Broja could be set to be handed a chance at Stamford Bridge.

With Romelu Lukaku having departed, Chelsea are without a recognised number nine.
Kai Havertz featured upfront for the majority of last season, but Broja could earn his way into Tuchel’s plans if he impressed when recovering from injury this summer.
It remains to be seen as to what the future holds for the Albania international, with Tuchel and Chelsea standing firm in their desire to keep the youngster for the upcoming season.
