Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly has organised an informal dinner with his Premier League counterparts, according to reports.
The Boehly-Clearlake Capital consortium took over as owners of Chelsea earlier in the year, succeeding Roman Abramovich at the London club.
They have already been busy since their arrival at Stamford Bridge, overseeing major changes as Marina Granovskaia, Bruce Buck and Petr Cech all departed their roles.

Furthermore, the first signings of the Boehly-Clearlake Capital era came in as Raheem Sterling arrived from Manchester City before Kalidou Koulibaly joined from Napoli.
Boehly has also travelled to Barcelona to meet with the hierarchy of the Catalan club, while meeting with Jorge Mendes, the agent of Cristiano Ronaldo, earlier in the summer.
The Chelsea co-owner has now proactively organised a dinner to meet with his fellow owners in the Premier League, according to reports in England.

As reported by David Ornstein of The Athletic, after the latest shareholders’ meeting on Tuesday, Boehly has organised an informal dinner.
However, not everybody invited is able to attend but Boehly’s gesture is said to have been ‘well received’ as he looks to forge connections within the industry.
Boehly is currently acting as both chairman and sporting director following the departures of Bruce and Granovskaia, who were in the roles under Abramovich.

This has resulted in a busy summer for the American, who will look to appoint a permanent sporting director by the end of the year if reports are to be believed.
The Blues have been unsuccessful in two of their priority transfers this summer due to Barcelona hijacking deals.
First, the La Liga side hijacked Chelsea’s deal for former Leeds United winger Raphinha after the Blues agreed a £55 million fee for the Brazilian.

He ended up at the Camp Nou, which also appears to be the destination for Chelsea-linked Jules Kounde.
Recent reports have stated that the 23-year-old is on his way to the Spanish giants despite Chelsea’s interest, with it unclear as to who will join the Blues.
Thomas Tuchel is in desperate need of defensive reinforcements due to Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen departing the club.
It is unclear as to who will be targeted, with the likes of Presnel Kimpembe, Milan Skriniar and Josko Gvardiol linked.

Boehly will be hoping that the relationships he is forging in world football will come of a benefit in the future as he looks to network within his new industry.
