Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly has launched a Premier League title warning to Manchester City and Liverpool amid the beginning of their summer transfer activity, according to reports.
City were recently crowned Champions of the English top flight for the fourth time in five seasons after they finished one point ahead of the Reds.
The Blues last won the Premier League back in 2017 and are still searching for their sixth title, with third place finishes being the closest they have come since.

With the club now set to begin life under new ownership, Boehly could look to make a statement and spend in the summer market, with boss Thomas Tuchel set to be given a budget of around £200 million.
As reported by the Evening Standard, the American businessman is ‘plotting a summer spending spree’ in his first window as Chelsea co-owner.
It is hoped that such spending will help to ensure that the Blues are able to compete with City and Liverpool for the title next season, with the latter sides dominating the title challenges for the last few years.

Although the market has been open for a couple of weeks and Chelsea are yet to welcome any new arrivals, the club have been linked with a variety of players that will strengthen the side for the new campaign.
City winger Raheem Sterling has been heavily linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge this summer, with the 27-year-old having just one year left on his contract at the reigning Champions.
A return to London, the city in which he grew up, is said to be an ‘appealing prospect’ for him, therefore handing Chelsea a boost in their pursuit for the player.
Ousmane Dembele and Richarlison have also been speculated names for the club, as well as defensive options such as Jules Kounde and Matthijs de Ligt.

Reports earlier on Friday revealed that Chelsea could look to make up to six new signings this summer, with a senior source saying that they will look to work with Tuchel in the market.
They said: "The key is to basically work with Tuchel to come up with the best players that are available.
"We really want to make sure we have a good defence. We've got depth in midfield. We're not desperate for an out-and-out striker.

“Fortunately, there's reasonable opportunities in the market right now in order to satisfy the fans' desire to be competitive.
"I think it's a combination of moves and there's five or six that we're going to look to make.”
