Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has revealed what he believes to be the 'secret ingredient' to implementing a winning environment at Cobham.
The head coach has lifted the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup during his time at Stamford Bridge, also reaching the FA Cup final twice and League Cup final.
Speaking in a promotional video for Chelsea's sponsor Trivago, Tuchel discussed the 'secret ingredient' to the winning mentality at the club.
When discussing the ingredients to make a successful football club, Tuchel said: "A successful football club has many ingredients. First, you need to create a winning environment. Team spirit, this is really important. And the best fans, of course but sometimes, it’s also important to just relax."

The head coach continued to discuss the fictional role of 'Lars', the 'Chief Relaxation Officer' at Chelsea in the Trivago skit as his acting skills were on show, with Mason Mount and Marcos Alonso also featured in the video.
Despite stressing the importance of relaxation and taking a well-earned break, Tuchel previously admitted that he has delayed his own holiday plans to 'clarify and give an opinion' to the new owners.
"No, it's impossible. Cannot go on holiday, no. There are too many things to clarify and give an opinion. Of course, nowadays, you can have meetings on Zoom so it's not necessary to do everything in person," he said.

"The first days I will be here anyway and around because my children are in school, so it will start with a bit of a delay to the holidays.
"But even in holidays, it's also normal in a situation like ours, that you stay in contact and you have the possibility with Zoom and Facetime to have calls, share opinions and move forward because we need to."
The Todd Boehly-Clearlake Capital consortium completed their takeover of Chelsea and are set for their first transfer window since succeeding Roman Abramovich at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea must act quickly to secure defensive replacements for Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen, who are departing upon the expiry of their contracts at the end of June.
Jules Kounde has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, whilst Josko Gvardiol and Kalidou Koulibaly could also come through the door this summer.
Further up field, Christopher Nkunku and Ousmane Dembele are reportedly attracting interest from Tuchel's men as they look to close the gap to Manchester City and Liverpool in the Premier League next season.
Tuchel will be hoping that his secret ingredients can see the Blues challenge at the top of the Premier League and for several trophies in the Boehly-Clearlake consortium's first season as owners.
