Chelsea defender Reece James has made an honest admission regarding his side's cup final form and given his verdict on the appointment of Graham Potter.
The Blues have lost the last three FA Cup finals under Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel.
They also fell to defeat in last season's Carabao Cup final to Liverpool, who beat them in the FA Cup too at Wembley.

Chelsea have been unlucky not to lift a domestic trophy in any of the last three seasons, with Tuchel taking his side to the final in both of the cups.
However, after a poor start to the season - losing three times in all competitions by the middle of September - Tuchel was dismissed.
The Chelsea owners reiterated that the decision was not made on the back of performances or results but that they were looking for a head coach to work with them.

This led to the appointment of former Brighton boss Potter, who has since taken his first match as Chelsea head coach.
The 47-year-old was in the dugout for Chelsea's 1-1 draw against FC Salzurg in the Champions League.
This leaves the Blues on one point in their group, needing to get positive results against AC Milan to stand a real chance of qualification.
Speaking to Chelsea's official website, James admitted that he is optimistic about the appointment and also discussed the poor cup final record.

Speaking on losing two finals last season, he said: "The last few years have been good, but we’ve been to finals where we’ve lost as well.
"We want to win every competition we enter, and if we get to the final, there’s no reason why we shouldn’t be going all the way.
"There have been a few where we’ve got there, but there have also been a few domestic trophies that we haven’t picked up, which needs to change."

The defender finalised by discussing Potter, admitting that they are excited to start working with the head coach.
"In football, things happen very fast. I’ve played against Graham Potter’s teams a number of times and he seems like a good guy so far," he said.
"He’s hungry to win and I think it’s going to be an exciting future."
Chelsea face Crystal Palace on October 1 after returning from international break, Potter's first match in the Premier League since arriving at Stamford Bridge.
