Carlo Ancelotti’s side overcame Thomas Tuchel’s men in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, despite Chelsea attempting and nearly succeeding to pull off a historic second-leg comeback.
When asked about the opponents face in their run to being named as the Champions League champions, Real Madrid president Perez admitted that he believes the clubs are all friends, including Los Blancos and Chelsea.
Speaking to El Chiringuito TV, he said: “Paris Saint-Germain is not an enemy, no more than (Manchester) City and Chelsea, we are all friends.”

The Spanish side defeated PSG in the round of 16 before overcoming Chelsea in the quarter-finals before beating Manchester City on the way to a final with Liverpool.
Vinicius Jr.’s goal in the final saw Ancelotti’s side lift the European trophy, which Chelsea had won the previous season.
The Blues rarely face Real Madrid but have held a strong relationship with the side in regards to transfers throughout history.
The likes of Arjen Robben, Claude Makelele, Ricardo Carvalho, Mateo Kovacic, Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard have all played for both sides, with Rudiger adding to the list.

While Perez is keen to ensure that a relationship between his team’s on-the-pitch rivals can continue off it, Chelsea will be adamant that they do not wish to lose any more players to Los Blancos, with several choosing to swap Stamford Bridge for the Santiago Bernabeu in recent years.
Furthermore, Chelsea will be looking to knock Madrid off their European throne next season and reclaim the UEFA Champions League, having won it in 2021.
