Raheem Sterling has sent a message to Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel about his game time after making an honest admission regarding his spell at Manchester City.
The 27-year-old made the switch to Stamford Bridge, becoming the first signing of the Todd Boehly-Clearlake Capital era at Chelsea.
Chelsea have since added Kalidou Koulibaly, Gabriel Slonina, Carney Chukwuemeka and Marc Cucurella to their first team squad, with more incomings planned.

The likes of Frenkie de Jong and Wesley Fofana have been heavily linked with moves to Chelsea this summer as Tuchel builds his squad to challenge for the Premier Leauge title over the coming seasons.
The Blues have also been linked with attacking reinforcements, with Barcelona’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang rumoured to be interesting the Blues.
The striker enjoyed a successful spell under current Chelsea boss Tuchel during their time together at Borussia Dortmund.

Speaking previously on the Gabon international, Tuchel joked: “I would be interested in the 79 goals (he scored under Tuchel previously), actually!
“We will not comment further.
“There are a lot of names out there, sometimes due to the fact we discuss a lot of names but also sometimes pure speculation. We will not get involved.”
With Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku both departing already this summer, Chelsea could look to bring in an additional attacker without hindering Sterling’s game time at Stamford Bridge.

The England international has sent a message to the Blues regarding his minutes after making an admission regarding his starts at Man City.
"I just felt my time at City was getting limited on playing time for different reasons. I couldn't afford to waste time. A fresh challenge was to be made,” he admitted.
"Since 17, been regularly starting. When getting to a peak time, not playing as regular, wasn't something I'd accept.
"It's a lot of memories and top moments.

"The year and a bit where I was in and out of the team, I learned a lot about myself. A lot happens for a reason. It was difficult, but those things you have to make decisions which are best for yourself and family.
"With the game-time being limited, I'm 27, I know my standards and what I bring, I won't accept anything less."
Sterling will be hoping to play more during his time at Chelsea, with Tuchel looking to make the 27-year-old a key player in his attack as the Bluesl ook to challenge at the top of the Premier League table once again.
