Raheem Sterling has lauded his fellow Chelsea teammates after their win against Leicester City on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues were 2-1 winners against the Foxes at Stamford Bridge, despite going down to ten men in the first half after Conor Gallagher was shown a red card.
Sterling scored his first competitive goal for the club shortly after half-time, and added his second just after the hour mark.

Harvey Barnes was able to net one for the visitors just moments later, but Chelsea were able to hold on and secure the victory.
It was their second win in the Premier League so far this season and an improvement from their loss against Leeds United last weekend.
Considering the circumstances the victory will feel even sweeter as Thomas Tuchel’s side look to build on the result.
After the game, Sterling spoke to the official club website and heaped praise on his teammates for their performance against Leicester.

“It was a massive three points and one that we needed, especially off the back of last weekend (defeat to Leeds).
“Even going down to 10 men, the boys showed a lot of passion and commitment to get the job done and it was a good win for us.
“It was a big team performance and everyone played their part. It’s always difficult when you go down to 10 men but it just showed how hard the boys worked for victory.
“The defenders were excellent in stopping Leicester and that ran right through the team, everybody worked hard for one another and you could see how much it meant to all the boys.

“It’s teams that win games and everyone pulled their weight today. Edou (Mendy) made some big saves and Kai (Havertz) led from the front, working his socks off to defend high up the pitch.”
Tuchel commended the 27-year-old for his performance against the Foxes, particularly after he scored a brace for the side.
“We need him to score, it's what he does,” said the German.

He revealed that he altered the side’s system in order to accommodate the winger, something that proved to be beneficial come full-time.
“I could feel he was not happy and wanted more chances, so we played a more aggressive shape in the first half but were then one man down.
“We needed him to step up and he did.”
Chelsea will next face Southampton away from home on Tuesday night as they prepare for a packed schedule ahead of the World Cup later this year.
