Chelsea face Brentford in the Premier League on Wednesday evening at the Gtech Community Stadium.
It’s another London derby for Chelsea, this time they make the 5.5 mile trip from Stamford Bridge to the Gtech Community Stadium.
Graham Potter’s side have won their last five games in a row - four in the league - in all competitions, keeping four consecutive clean sheets in all competitions in the process.

Chelsea sit in fourth place, while Brentford are five places below the Blues having beaten Brighton last Friday by two goals to nil.
Chelsea have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the game, Potter confirmed, which will see Reece James (knee), Wesley Fofana (knee) and N’Golo Kante (hamstring) all remain sidelined.
Thiago Silva picked up a hamstring issue on Sunday, but Potter confirmed a late decision will be made to see if he is risked and that the 38-year-old is not injured.

“It’s obviously 24/48 hours (since Aston Villa) so we need to make sure the recovery is right for him,” admitted the Chelsea head coach. “But no problems injury-wise, it is just the recovery.”
After keeping four clean sheets in a row, Potter has been left with Chelsea’s defensive attitude of being prepared to suffer to grind out wins, which was noticeable on Sunday during their win against Aston Villa.
The Chelsea head coach, via football.london, added: “It’s pleasing and credit to the players, credit to the group. You can't defend with a settled four or five these days because the games are relentless. The challenges are huge in that regard. It's about the team and the togetherness of the squad.

"If you're prepared to suffer and deal with discomfort in the games then you give yourself a chance to keep a clean sheet and that gives you a chance to win, certainly with the quality we have.”
