“We're all very cautious of that word done in the transfer industry because it could mean anything, but it certainly seems to be where that one is heading."
However, it appears that the Blues could make a move for more than one of City’s stars this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are considering making a move for Oleksandr Zinchenko of Manchester City, along with Sterling and Nathan Ake.
Ake came through Chelsea’s academy after arriving from the Netherlands as a youngster before spending time on loan at Watford and Bournemouth.

Bournemouth signed Ake on a permanent from Chelsea before selling him to rivals Man City for £40 million.
It looks like a return to London could be on the cards as Tuchel searches for a natural left sided defender to replace the outgoing Antonio Rudiger.
Matt Law reported that talks have been opened regarding a move for Ake and Sterling this summer.
Tuchel is said to have been a fan of Ake from his time at Borussia Dortmund and the Premier League experience on offer could be vital for the Blues.

Chelsea are set to make an offer for Sterling on Tuesday or Wednesday, with there optimism regarding a fee.
Man City are said to want over £50 million for the England international but it is unclear as to how much the Blues are willing to offer for a player with just a year left on his deal.
Zinchenko is a new name to be linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, with City open to offers for the Ukrainian.

It is uncertain as to whether Chelsea would push for all three players due to their likely expense.
Any move for the trio will depend on the price tags of the individual players this summer.
Tuchel and Boehly have discussed a move for all three but it remains to be seen as to whether this initial interest will progress.
