Hakim Ziyech’s agents have made contact with AC Milan over a potential departure from Chelsea this summer, according to reports.
Ziyech joined the Blues from Ajax in 2020 having spent four impressive seasons at the Eredivisie giants, where he amassed 130 goal contributions in 165 games.
However he has been unable to replicate those numbers during his time at Chelsea, although he has been on hand to score crucial goals for the side when needed.

Questions have been raised over his future at the club, as well as fellow attackers Timo Werner and Christian Pulisic, and the Moroccan could leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, his agents have already been in direct talks with AC Milan over a potential move in the transfer window.
It is thought that the 29-year-old has been of interest to the recently crowned Serie A Champions for a long time.

Ziyech himself would be happy to join Milan, with Chelsea and boss Thomas Tuchel willing to let him leave if the ‘right conditions are guaranteed’.
The attacker has been unlucky with injuries during his time at the Blues, with setbacks occurring just when he was hitting form for the side.
He made 44 appearances in all competitions for them last season, scoring eight goals and assisting another six, with his strike against Tottenham Hotspur at the end of January being the pick of the lot.
Ziyech also retired from international football during the campaign, with their national manager criticising his effort when on duty.

It has been previously reported that Chelsea are willing to listen to offers for him this summer, as well as Werner and Pulisic, with the west London side looking to refresh their attacking options going into next season.
Raheem Sterling has been revealed as a target for the club, with the Manchester City forward set to decide his future in the next couple of weeks as he approaches the final season of his contract at the Etihad Stadium.
Ousmane Dembele, who could soon be out of contract at Barcelona, has been another speculated name for Chelsea, although there is a chance he could stay at the Nou Camp beyond the summer.

His entourage recently revealed: "Dembele wants to stay because the coach loves him, the player feels happy in Barcelona and is used to it.
"He is in his prime years, hence, the club's offer should not be far from the other offers we have."
