Graham Potter has insisted that the Chelsea squad love to see Todd Boehly attend training sessions at Cobham like he did on Friday.
The official announcement that the Boehly-Clearlake consortium would be taking over the Blues was made in May.
It came following the end of the Roman Abramovich era at Stamford Bridge after a move from the UK government in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The former owner brought two decades of huge success at Chelsea and had to sell the club without gaining any financial benefit.
The takeover of Chelsea for £4.5 billion was made by Boehly and a team that includes five billionaires.
In charge of their first transfer window in the summer just gone, the west London side did not mess about.
A club-record amount was spent, with the Blues splashing in excess of £250 million on new signings.

While it took them a bit of time to get the first signing done, things soon started ramping up.
Raheem Sterling was the first addition of the window, arriving from Manchester City in a deal worth £50 million.
Next up two defensive additions were made, which was an area that needed significant improvement following the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
Both Kalidou Koulibaly and Marc Cucurella completed transfers to Chelsea, and later in the window the Blues made their most expensive signing.

They acquired Wesley Fofana from Leicester City, further bolstering their defensive line.

Carney Chukwuemeka, Cesare Casadei and Gabriel Slonina all also joined.
Despite the new signings, the season started rather roughly for the west London side and the new ownership team made a big decision.
A loss to Dinamo Zagreb saw head coach Thomas Tuchel get the sack.

A quickfire replacement was found in Brighton & Hove Albion manager Potter.
Speaking about the relationship with Boehly, Potter talked about the American's presence and how he had came to watch the players train.
He said: "He's not in goal or anything in five-a-side. He just stands on the side and watches and I had a quick chat with him afterwards.
"I'm going to have a catch up with him this afternoon. So it's nice to see him and he's very supportive and the lads like to see him."
