Chelsea boss Graham Potter has hailed his side’s defence after they secured their fourth consecutive clean sheet.
The Blues were 2-0 winners away at Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon, with Mason Mount scoring his first two goals of the season for the side.
Kepa Arrizabalaga’s efforts in goal for Chelsea were also clear to see, with the Spaniard making a series of superb stops to keep his side in the lead.

Come the full-time whistle, Chelsea had sealed yet another clean sheet across all competitions.
It was also their fifth consecutive win, with the west London side still unbeaten under Potter since his arrival last month.
Amid their recent results, the Blues are in fine form as they continue their busy schedule ahead of the break for the World Cup.
They will next face Brentford in the Premier League, with Potter’s side currently sitting fourth in the table.

When speaking to the media via football.london ahead of the London derby, the head coach praised his defence when he said:
“It’s pleasing and credit to the players, credit to the group. You can't defend with a settled four or five these days because the games are relentless.
"The challenges are huge in that regard. It's about the team and the togetherness of the squad.
"If you're prepared to suffer and deal with discomfort in the games then you give yourself a chance to keep a clean sheet and that gives you a chance to win, certainly with the quality we have.”

The 47-year-old was also complimentary of his starting goalkeeper Kepa, who has been in fine form in recent games for Chelsea.
Edouard Mendy has been the first choice option at the club since his arrival in 2020, but he has recently been replaced in between the sticks by his Spanish teammate.
When asked about Kepa’s recent revival, Potter said: “He's a human being, a player, and they want to play and contribute.

“And he's doing that, so it's brilliant for him. It's a nice example for everybody that it doesn't always go your way and you have to suffer in life sometimes. It’s not always ideal and perfect.
"But I must admit, I've been really impressed with his character and personality, he's very professional, understands the game really well, takes responsibility.
“So it's nice when those types of people get the rewards, which is a reward of their hard work and effort.”
Chelsea will host Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Saturday after their trip to Brentford as they continue their efforts in the Premier League.
