Graham Potter has sent a message to Chelsea's youngsters over their chances of selection after replacing Thomas Tuchel at Stamford Bridge.
The 47-year-old replaced Tuchel as head coach at the beginning of September and has so far led his side in one match.
The 1-1 draw at home to FC Salzburg was his only match in 23 days, with him set to make his Premier League debut in charge of the Blues on Saturday against Crystal Palace.

However, the Englishman has now sent a message to Chelsea's young players, telling them that they can take their chance to earn their way into his selection.
Carney Chukwuemeka, who is unavailable for selection against Crystal Palace through illness, impressed in a friendly played under Potter.

It is now up to Chelsea's young stars to prove their worth to Potter in training and knock on the door of the first team.
Speaking ahead of Saturday's clash, he said: “I don’t know whether it’s expected (youngsters to start).

"All players hope they get an opportunity, that’s normal.
"They put themselves in there in training, games, earn the right to play. In a club like ours the competition is huge.
