Graham Potter has revealed he remains calm rather than showing anger on the Chelsea touchline because he feels it is important to "be yourself".
Since the 47-year-old has arrived in west London the Blues have been vastly improved. He has taken control of nine games so far, winning six times and drawing the other three.
On Saturday in the Premier League, he faces a return to his former side Brighton, and will be hoping that his side can continue their good form.

Mateo Kovacic and Kai Havertz scored as Chelsea beat Red Bull Salzburg 2-1 to secure their place in the Round of 16 in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
A win against Brighton would put them back into the top four spots and demonstrate how much better this Chelsea team is performing under Potter.

The match will take place at the Amex Stadium as the English head coach takes on his former club for the first time since leaving in September.
Ahead of the match he revealed he's looking forward to the occasion but knows he could receive a mixed reception.
Since he left, Brighton are winless under their new manager Roberto De Zerbi, drawing twice and losing three times.
He will be hoping to soon re-ignite the form the south coast side showed when Potter was at the helm.

Should Brighton manage to get a result against Chelsea, it does not mean we will see an angry Potter at full-time.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon ahead of the match he was asked about how he remains so calm.
He responded: "I'm not always. I've had my moments. I always say, you have to be yourself, however you want to conduct yourself... you have to be authentic to you, helpful for you or the team.

"Getting angry is easy, it's whether you can be angry at the right time or person. I'm not perfect.
"Just because you're animated or calm doesn't mean anything. Sometimes it helps (being angry), of course."
