Chelsea boss Graham Potter has revealed how he plans to deal with the overhaul at the club to produce wins after several key departures behind the scenes at Stamford Bridge.
The 47-year-old replaced Thomas Tuchel as head coach earlier in September and has had 23 days between his appointment and first Premier League match.
The Blues face Crystal Palace on Saturday in their first league clash under Potter, who will be looking to start his domestic tenure with victory at Selhurst Park.

He has experienced the dugout as Chelsea head coach previously, taking charge of a 1-1 draw against FC Salzburg in the Champions League.
However, Saturday brings his first Premier League clash and it's against a former foe in Crystal Palace and Patrick Vieira.
Recent weeks have seen the departures of several staff members such as head physio Thierry Laurent and medical chief Pablo Biosca.

"It’s challenging. It’s how you deal with it and work with it."
Continuing to discuss the change further, Potter said: "It’s well documented what’s happened in terms of ownership, the coach, different people.
"It’s life and how you manage it. It’s more than a short term challenge, how you align the sources you have, football idea to make it successful.
"The past, resources, history doesn’t guarantee anything in this league."

Potter finalised by stating that he wishes to win trophies with Chelsea, refering to previous clubs that have spent money and not found success.
"There’s a lot of clubs that spend a lot of money and don’t achieve what they want to," he said.
"The strategy has to be clear. Life or death is a bit dramatic, it is what it is.
