Chelsea boss Graham Potter has made an honest admission about the differences between the Blues and Brighton's training facilities after being appointed as head coach last month.
The 47-year-old replaced Thomas Tuchel at Stamford Bridge at the beginning of September.
The Englishman previously manager Brighton and Hove Albion and gained plaudits for his style of play on the south coast.

It remains to be seen as to whether he can match the achievements of former Chelsea boss Tuchel, who lifted the UEFA Champions League in his first season.
Speaking the the press, Potter has made an honest admission regarding the differences between Chelsea and Brighton, highlighting the facilities.
As quoted by The Daily Mail, he said: “Brighton does have a lovely training ground, and in some ways equal if not better in terms of the facilities.
“But what we have here is a history, and recognition, photos of people winning major trophies.

“And that’s the main thing. That’s where the expectation, or the pressure, the difference is.
“It’s not about facilities, it’s about people and understanding the difference in the context of this football club."
He continued to highlight the former players and head coaches at the club, stating that this is the difference between the two clubs.
He concluded: “Managers, top players, legends, trophies; that’s the difference.

“But at the same time I’m intelligent enough to know, I think, and aware enough of my own personality that I’ve got the capability to achieve here.
“And I think if other people have done it then it’s possible for me to do it.
“And I think that’s quite a good way to think about the challenge.”

Potter will be hopeful of putting his name in the history books in London as he undergoes his first season in the dugout at Stamford Bridge.
