Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe has admitted that he watches Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount to help improve his game.
The 21-year-old is two-years younger than his Chelsea rival, having faced off against each other multiple times already.
It was previously revealed that Smith Rowe spent a period of time on trial at Chelsea, but was not taken on as an academy player before joining Arsenal.

As quoted by The Sun, Smith Rowe has revealed that he looks up to Chelsea’s Mount to help improve his game.
He revealed: “I’ve been watching clips of my game, noting the timing of my passes and where I should have played it to create more chances.
“And I’ve been watching footage of Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Bruno Fernandes and Mason Mount to see what those creative players are doing.”

The midfielder continued to state that he is looking to join the midfielder as part of England’s squad for the 2022 World Cup squad in Qatar at the end of the year.
“The World Cup is definitely a target but first of all I want to get as fit as I can to get as many minutes as possible to show what I can do,” he finalised.
Mount, who was voted as Chelsea’s Player of the Year for two consecutive seasons, has impressed under Thomas Tuchel.

However, they fell in both the Carabao Cup and FA Cup finals, being defeated by Liverpool on penalties on both occasions.
The 23-year-old netted 13 goals, registering 16 assists in all competitions last season as the Blues lifted the UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup.
Mount admitted that he was happy reaching his targets last season but is striving to improve ahead of the new season.
He said: “I set targets for what I want to achieve goals-wise, assists-wise, competitive-wise as a team.

“If I reach those targets then I know that my level is going to be high and I'm going to be performing.
"That's what I look at and when I sit down before a season and try to set my targets, I want to achieve more.
"That's always been my goal and my focus before a season.”

Mount and Smith Rowe will be going head to head in midfield once again next season as their sides challenge at the top end of the Premier League, looking to close the gap to Manchester City and Liverpool in the 2022/23 campaign.
