Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly believes Chelsea’s training facilities are ‘not acceptable’ after a visit to Cobham.
The American businessman took over the Blues at the end of May alongside Clearlake Capital, and is therefore now experiencing his first season of English football.
Boehly has made an early impression during his limited time at Chelsea so far, particularly when it came to the summer transfer window.

The west London side were the biggest spenders in the Premier League, purchasing over £250 million worth of new players.
Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly, Marc Cucurella, Wesley Fofana, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Denis Zakaria have all signed for the club, as well as young talent.
Chelsea have had a mixed start to the campaign so far, but will be hoping to fire on all cylinders soon as they progress through the season.
Despite Boehly heavily investing in the men’s team, it appears as though he is looking to help improve other matters at the club.

In an interview with The Times, Chelsea Women star Fran Kirby spoke about the club’s new co-owner and the impression he has made so far.
The 29-year-old said: “I’ve had some really good conversations.
“We got invited to the game at Stamford Bridge the other day and sat with Todd and met people on the board, and they just seemed super, super positive about women’s football and women’s sport in general.
“They came down to the facilities and said this is not acceptable for a club like Chelsea.

“We have always got on with it. We’ve had a moan here and there when we’ve had to come up here at 7am to use the pool — I’m not a morning person! — but we’ve got stuff done, won some trophies.”
Kirby also added: “The owners want to drive every aspect of the club.
“They want to drive us, drive the academy, drive the men’s team more.

“You can see that with the signings they’ve made, the money they’ve spent — not just for the men but for us as well.”
One of the biggest changes at the club in recent weeks has been the decision to sack Thomas Tuchel and bring in Graham Potter as his replacement.
The former spent 19 months as the head coach of the Blues, winning the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup during his time at Stamford Bridge.
Potter has joined the club after an impressive tenure at fellow Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion, and his first match as boss came against FC Salzburg in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
