Chelsea defenders Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta both remain keen on signing for Barcelona this summer, according to reports.
The pair have one year remaining on their contracts at Stamford Bridge, with the La Liga side showing interest in bringing them to the Camp Nou this summer.
It was previously reported that both Alonso and Azpilicueta were set to meet with Chelsea to discuss their futures amid the interest.

The report states that they are on Barcelona’s list of summer targets but the club's new owners, the Todd Boehly-Clearlake Capital consortium, are yet to finalise any plans for this transfer window. ‘Everything points to this coming week’.
It is unclear as to whether the meeting has taken place, with the duo set to return from international duty with Spain and start their holidays.
Further reports stated that Barcelona hope that Chelsea will offer Alonso and Azpilicueta ‘the letter of freedom’ to depart and allowing them to leave for a ‘very, very affordable price’ due to the struggling financial situation in Catalonia.
The Blues are already set to offer Inter Milan a favourable deal in their pursuit of Romelu Lukaku, willing to negotiate a loan move for their club record-signing.

Therefore, it is unclear as to whether Chelsea will also be willing to offer Alonso and Azpilicueta for a favourable sum.
Andreas Christensen is set to move to the Camp Nou following his release from Thomas Tuchel’s side, with Chelsea left in the dark over his future for much of the season.
This could play part in whether the Blues are willing to help out Barcelona, as 90min report that Alonso and Azpilicueta both remain keen on a switch to Xavi’s side.

"I can’t complain about anything at Chelsea, but the desire to play in Spain is there. It doesn’t depend entirely on me and I’m happy at Chelsea, honestly,” Alonso admitted recently.
The pair have enjoyed a successful spell at Stamford Bridge and leave as Azpilicueta has won it all, while Alonso is a League Cup of matching his teammate’s feat in blue.
Emerson Palmieri is set to return and fight for his place in Tuchel’s squad in pre-season, while Chelsea would likely dip into the transfer market to replace Azpilcueta’s quality and leadership.

"He is only the guy he is when he is fully committed. That is his foundation. So this is what we have to find out. That does not mean we find it out tomorrow or today, we still have time because we are also in the privileged position where we have a contract. We have to see,” Tuchel previously admitted when discussing his skipper’s future.
