Chelsea boss Graham Potter has revealed that the Blues have not yet made a decision on the situation regarding Denis Zakaria.
The Swiss international joined Chelsea on a season-long loan deal from Juventus on Deadline Day and was one of the club’s six senior signings of the summer.
However, he has not yet played a single minute for the west London side.

Such a lack of action has already raised questions over future at Stamford Bridge, with recent speculation suggesting he could leave as early as January.
The Evening Standard are reporting that he is ‘frustrated’ about his lack of minutes on the pitch for the side, and he is set to have talks with Potter and Todd Boehly about his situation this week.
Ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League match against Brentford on Wednesday night, Potter revealed that they have not yet made a decision on the midfielder.
Speaking to the media via football.london, he said: “There is no decision been made at all on that.

“Denis is in the group and has been training well. He is ready to help the team but there is competition for places in that area.
“He is an important member of the team and is patient and trying to help the team from the side at the moment. He is waiting for his chance.”
The likes of Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Conor Gallagher have all been selected over Zakaria in recent weeks, with the 25-year-old struggling to break into the side.
Another option ahead of him in the pecking order has been Jorginho, whose current deal at the club is set to expire at the end of the season.

Despite being linked with a move away over the last couple of seasons, he has remained as part of the squad at Chelsea.
The Italian is now said to be in talks with the club over a new deal, although recent reports have suggested that early discussions have not yet been successful.
As per the Evening Standard, the west London side have offered Jorginho an initial deal that would see him remain on a wage similar to what he has now, which is said to be around £120,000-per-week.

Despite the offer, the central midfielder is keen to have a pay rise, which is thought to be something close to the £150,000 that captain Cesar Azpilicueta earns each week with his recent deal.
N’Golo Kante is in a similar position to Jorginho and could leave the club next summer should he not sign a new contract.
Chelsea are currently fourth in the Premier League table after nine games.
They also remain unbeaten under Potter, with their win against Aston Villa on Sunday being their fifth consecutive victory in all competitions.
