Chelsea are among the favourites to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund but face tough competition from the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool, according to reports.
The 19-year-old completed a move from Birmingham City to the Bundesliga in 2020 and has emerged as one of the hottest prospects in European football.
At such a young age the English international has a wealth of experience, he has consistently performed at a high level in the top flight of German football and has displayed his talent in the Champions League.

The midfielder already has 17 caps for his country and featured in the most recent international break for England.
In midweek, Bellingham put in a stellar performance against Sevilla in Europe, he scored and provided an assist in a 4-1 win for Dortmund.

As a result of his performances, he has attracted a lot of attention from Europe's elite and Chelsea are one of the clubs that have been heavily linked.
Premier League rivals Manchester City and Liverpool are also reportedly extremely interested in him and the Champions League holders Real Madrid are keeping tabs on him.
Bellingham's contract is not due to end until 2025, meaning a sensational fee could be required to convince the German side to let him go.
Recent reports have revealed that a fee in excess of £130 million could be required to see him leave the club.

While there will be a wait to se if any side is willing to meet these demands, Chelsea have already shown their willingness to spend big under the new owners.

Most recently it has been reported by BILD that the two favourites for the signing are Chelsea and Man City, with Liverpool and Madrid the outsiders.
The Blues are looking to lure Bellingham with the prospect of shaping a new era around him.
Both Jorginho and N'Golo Kante are out of contract with the west London side next summer, so Chelsea may make a move for the Englishman their priority ahead of refreshing their deals.

Edson Alvarez from Ajax is also an option, the Mexican nearly signed on Deadline Day for the Blues and he is still tied with a potential move.
On the final day of the window Chelsea did acquire Denis Zakaria from Juventus, but he is only on loan and has previously shared that he signed to play under Thomas Tuchel.
