Chelsea’s substitute hero Ben Chilwell has delivered his verdict on their win against West Ham and their opponent’s disallowed goal.
The Blues secured a 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon in dramatic fashion after what was a closely fought affair in west London.
Michail Antonio gave West Ham the lead just after the hour mark with his tap-in, only for Chilwell to come off the bench and score the equaliser minutes later.

Fellow substitute Kai Havertz then scored the winner with just two minutes to go, with the aforementioned left wing-back providing the assist.
However, the game was overshadowed by the controversy surrounding West Ham’s disallowed goal, which saw Maxwel Cornet’s strike ruled out for a foul on Edouard Mendy in the buildup.
It was a crucial win for Thomas Tuchel’s side, who now sit fifth in the Premier League table.
After the match Chilwell delivered his verdict on the win, with the 25-year-old scoring his first goal since he returned from his long-term injury.

Speaking to Sky Sports via BBC Sport, he said: "The last 20 or 30 minutes were a lot of different emotions! Just happy to get the win.
"I have had to be patient, bide my time and make sure I am training hard to make sure I can come in and make an impact."
He also shared his thoughts on West Ham’s disallowed goal, a strike that came just moments after Havertz netted the eventual winner.
"I went over to look at the VAR screen and from my point of view it was a foul - we put ourselves in that position and should have done, it's that bit of luck we got today."

Such a win does not reflect Chelsea’s overall performance as the Blues struggled to break down their opponents throughout much of the game.
Neither side were able to get a single shot on target in the opening half, but West Ham soon punished the hosts in the second.
However, Tuchel’s substitutions proved to be decisive, as both Chilwell and Havertz were on hand to contribute to the side’s win.

The German boss commented on the decision from VAR to rule out Cornet’s goal: “It obviously went in our favour. There is a reason I think it went in our favour.
“It’s my opinion and I don’t know if everyone shares the opinion that it’s very clear it’s a foul.
"The first goal we concede is very similar to the situation we had against Tottenham but I leave it to you to decide if this goal should stand and whether this situation isn’t the same situation as against Tottenham.
“I will not comment anymore because what happened against Tottenham was so obvious and I paid a lot of money for commenting, so I will not do it again.”
