As a result, both FIFA and Pro Evolution continue to impress when it comes to attention to detail and for the majority, their illustrations are solid and clean.

But on the odd occasion, things can go wrong. The likes of Axel Witsel and Wilfried Zaha have complained about their in-game appearance in recent months, and some faces are completely unrecognisable.
