Today marks one of the most important anniversaries in football history as it's 15 years since an incensed Thomas Gravesen was involved in a Real Madrid pre-season training ground bust-up where he tried to deck Robinho.
Fabio Capello's Galacticos were in Austria and the pair came to blows when Danish international Gravesen hit his Los Blancos teammate with an ill-timed tackle in a training match.

Tempers were well and truly flared, with the former Everton midfielder seeing red and throwing punches in the direction of the Brazilian as players tried to seperate the two.
The pictures are absolutely incredible and show Gravesen in a complete state of rage.
A 30-year old Gravesen was preparing for his second full season at the Santiago Bernabeu after arriving in January 2005 and came under criticism from Capello following his actions.

"His behaviour? I don't like it - he wants everyone to do what he wants, and I have told him so," the Italian manager said.
"He is a little different but he works hard which is important to me."
However, Gravesen's work ethic wasn't enough for Capello to keep him in the Spanish capital as he was offloaded to Celtic, ending his utterly bizarre stint with Real Madrid.

The tough-tackling central midfielder then went back to Everton for a second short spell but faded into the background somewhat and didn't stay involved in football.
There are a whole host of crazy stories regarding Gravesen, varying from the time he knocked out Ronaldo Nazario's tooth out in training to having a firework fight with Wayne Rooney.
All of these incredible anecdotes feature in a biography called 'Mad Dog Gravesen', written by Chris Sweeney.
